SUSFERT at the BBI JU Stakeholder Forum 2019
The European funding body Bio-based Industries Joint Undertaking (BBI JU) invited to attend their highly anticipated Stakeholder Forum in Brussels in December 2019. Partner RTDS represented the SUSFERT project at a project stand and work package 7 (DEC) leader Natascha Miljkovic (RTDS) held a presentation on SUSFERTs ambitions and goals.

Innovation highlighted
During the two days of this event selected projects funded by the BBI-JU programme under Horizon 2020 were presented on stage for BBI JU stakeholders and at project stands in the exhibition halls. On day 2, the event opened up to the public who eagerly took up the opportunity to inform themselves about advancements in innovation. A total of more than 650 participants from over 48 European countries followed BBI-JUs invitation this year. What a success!
Here are some more impressions from the event:
The event was also a great opportunity to network and discuss amongst peers and likeminded professionals. SUSFERTs Natascha Miljkovic met Sara Johansson from the European Sustainable Phosphorus Platform (more news concerning a special workshop coming up beginning of 2020) (top) and colleague Sylvia Schreiber from the KETBIO platform who handed over the newly designed ‘Biz Brief’ on SUSFERT (below).
Curious what a biz brief is?! To download the KETBIO ‘Biz Brief’ on SUSFERT go to our dissemination materials section.
